Nora E. Bautista is a holder of degrees in Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and Electronics and Communications Engineering both from the Technological Institute of the Philippines. She is pursuing her degree in Master of Engineering major in Computer Engineering at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. Currently, she is a full-time faculty member of the Computer Engineering Department of TIP Manila.
